The short version
Spend points on the next bottleneck, not the most exciting icon: survival basics, a usable weapon, one travel upgrade and the production station required for your next objective.
Before you begin
Buy the first complete loop
- Unlock a bed, food production, storage and the tools required to keep workers healthy.
- Choose one dependable weapon line instead of buying every early weapon and its ammunition chain.
- Reserve points until a real need appears; an unlocked recipe has no value if its materials are still out of reach.
Movement beats a small damage upgrade
- Prioritize the saddle for a Pal you already own and plan to use.
- Add traversal tools that solve cliffs, gaps or long overland routes in the region you are exploring.
- Skip saddles for Pals that will stay in the box; collect the point later if the Pal becomes part of your route.
Unlock production in chains
- Before buying a station, confirm its input material, power or worker requirement.
- Pair every new production step with nearby storage so its output enters the next recipe quickly.
- Use the Technology tree as a roadmap toward the facility that replaces your most repeated manual trip.
